This copy of the Mona Lisa made from hundreds of old computer parts was on display at a high tech exhibition in
Beijing last week (May 25, 2006). I absolutely love it. What a great example of finding a new use for old things! (I know….that last bit sounded awfully granny-ish )

Quick question – is this art or simply an example of someone bored seeking publicity? Would I be called an ‘artist’ if I did the Eiffel Tower out of nappies – and worse, should I be?
They say we are living in the ‘creative age’, but part of me wishes we didn’t with some of the drivel being created by talentless slobs who now believe they are ‘artistes’
